FAQ

How does the internal whistleblower system work?
You access the web page of the internal whistleblowing system, select the relevant category in which you wish to report an infringement and complete the designated form with your information. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your report within 7 days.

Can I submit an anonymous report?
Yes, it is possible to submit an anonymous report.

Can my identity be determined?
You can decide for yourself whether to submit a report including your name or anonymously. Anonymity is guaranteed by the system’s encryption routine. In any case, both the internal unit and any other employees who gain knowledge of the information are obliged to keep your identity confidential in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

When and how will I receive feedback, even if I submit my report completely anonymously?
If you choose the option “I would like to make my report completely anonymously”, you will be redirected to a page where you will receive a LINK and a password. You can use these to communicate with the members of the internal reporting unit and to receive their responses. Due to the stringent security precautions, both the LINK and the password for your report are unique and cannot be recovered or reset if lost.

Can I send documents through the system?
Yes, the internal whistleblowing system allows you to attach electronic documents and files.

What happens after I submit a report?
Your report will be reviewed by the internal unit and assessed with regard to its plausibility. If your report does not include sufficient solid evidence, the internal unit will contact you and ask you to provide further information or evidence. If your report contains sound facts and evidence, a case file will be opened. Any investigation resulting from a report will be treated confidentially and will only involve persons who, depending on the nature of the matter, need to be involved in order to review your report. These persons are also bound to confidentiality and secrecy.
